  • If you reach voicemail, leave:

    • Your name and callback number

    • The date and time you called

    • The date of your event

  • Wait to give your order details until you speak directly with a staff member.

  • You must be 18 years or older and a resident of Canada.

  • It’s your responsibility to check local municipal laws about fireworks storage and displays.

  • Purchasing confirms that you meet the age requirement.

📦 Delivery Details

  • Signature Required: Someone 18+ must sign upon delivery.

  • Delivery Time:

    • Ships 1–2 business days after ordering.

    • Arrives within 5–10 business days, or 10–15 days for remote areas (Northern Ontario, Maritimes, Quebec, Prairies).

    • COVID delays may affect delivery times.

  • Shipping Fees:

    • Free shipping on orders $350+ (before taxes).

    • $45 + tax for orders below $350.

    • Additional fees may apply for beyond destination areas.

  • Payments are handled securely through PayPal.

  • Personal and payment information is never shared or sold to third parties.
